1. Introduction

ForgeHub (“ForgeHub”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates an online platform that connects 3D printing makers (“Makers”) with potential customers (“Buyers”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

ForgeHub provides directories, Maker profiles, product listings, a concept gallery, Buyer Request tools, and geolocation-based matching. ForgeHub does not act as a marketplace, agent, or intermediary in transactions between Makers and Buyers.

3. Subscriptions

Makers may purchase subscription plans for visibility and features. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. No refunds for partial periods.

4. Maker Responsibilities

• Provide accurate profile information.
• Only list products or capabilities you can deliver.
• Comply with all legal and safety requirements.
• Communicate with Buyers professionally.
• Handle payments and transactions outside the platform.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate RFQ details.
• Refrain from requesting illegal or dangerous items.
• Communicate respectfully.

6. Prohibited Use

Users may not upload copyrighted items without permission, misuse the platform, harass others, or engage in unlawful activity.

7. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content but grant ForgeHub a licence to display it.

8. Liability

ForgeHub is not involved in any Maker-Buyer transaction and is not responsible for item quality, delays, disputes, or courier issues.

9. Termination

Accounts may be suspended for violations. Users may delete their account at any time.

10. Amendments

ForgeHub may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
